Yes, you can. In the app, go to the Your Progress tab at the top left corner of the home screen. Then tap the blue “Export” button in the top right corner. You can choose a report for this week or last week, and to send the report to yourself or someone else (like a family member or therapist).
You can also export your data from the web by visiting thinkpacifica.com and logging in using the same email and password that you use in the mobile app. Click “Progress” in the left sidebar menu, select Day/Week/Month and click Download. You can get the same weekly PDF report as in the app, or expanded CSV reports for the time period selected for certain tools (Mood, Health, Thoughts, Goals, and Activity)
