How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately we can't change or cancel your subscription for you. These are managed through Google Play and iTunes depending on which type of phone you have. Please see the appropriate section for canceling your subscription below:

Google Play

If you are using Android, you can manage your subscriptions through the Google Play app. You should be able to open Google Play, go to My Apps, and then select Subscriptions. You should be able to select Pacifica Full Access and switch which subscription you're using, or cancel your subscription there.


If you are using iPhone/iPad, go to your device's settings and tap your name at the top to get to your Apple ID page. Tap iTunes & App Store, then tap your Apple ID at the top, the tap View Apple ID. Then you can tap Subscriptions, tap the subscription you want to manage, then choose a subscription category. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Auto-Renewal.
Web via Recurly
If you subscribed via the web, your subscription is managed by the Recurly billing service. You should have received an email from Recurly confirming your subscription. This can be used to access your account and modify your subscription. You can also log into our web application at, go to your account settings, and click on "Cancel Subscription" (this option is only available for web-based subscriptions).
