Sure thing. From the CREATE YOUR OWN popup, here's what you want to do:
- First, enter a name for your habit in the field below HABIT NAME. For example, let's use "Jogging".
- Next, enter the possible values in the fields below POSSIBLE CHOICES. For example, let's use different amounts of time, like 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes..
- To add more options, just tap "+Add Choice" In this case we’d need to add two more options.
- If you need to delete options, tap DELETE.
- If you want to reorder the options , tap REORDER. Then drag and drop the options to where you want them.
- If you want to flip the goal (more of something is bad, for example) tap “Flip Goal”.
