Can you walk me through creating a habit?

Sure thing. From the CREATE YOUR OWN popup, here's what you want to do:

  1. First, enter a name for your habit in the field below HABIT NAME. For example, let's use "Jogging".
  2. Next, enter the possible values in the fields below POSSIBLE CHOICES. For example, let's use different amounts of time, like 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes..
    • To add more options, just tap "+Add Choice" In this case we’d need to add two more options.
    • If you need to delete options, tap DELETE.
    • If you want to reorder the options , tap REORDER. Then drag and drop the options to where you want them.
    • If you want to flip the goal (more of something is bad, for example) tap “Flip Goal”.
  3. Lastly, you'll want to set each possible choice as good or bad. To do this, just tap the smileys on the right edge. In this case, if your goal is to jog for 45 minutes or more each day, tap to make “15 minutes” and “30 minutes” the red sad face, and leave “45 minutes” and “60 minutes” the green smiley face.
  4. When finished, tap DONE.
