Can you walk me through creating a habit?

Sure thing. From the CREATE ACTIVITY popup, here's what you want to do:

  1. First, enter a name for your habit in the field below ACTIVITY NAME.
    For example, let's use "Jogging".

  2. Next, enter the possible values in the fields below POSSIBLE CHOICES. For example, let's use "Yes" or "No".
    • If you need to add more options, just tap "+Add Choice".
    • If you need to delete options, tap DELETE.
    • If you want to reorder the options, tap REORDER.

  3. Lastly, you'll want to set each possible choice as good or bad. To do this, just tap the smileys on the right edge.

  4. When finished, tap DONE.
